Terms and Conditions

1. Images shown are for illustration purpose only, actual products may vary slightly.

2. In the event when products shown in the images are unavailable or discontinued, Trehaus will inform and advise accordingly.

3. Prices are not inclusive of 7% GST.

4. Credit card fees are applicable as mandated by the credit card companies.

5. You can also choose to pay via PayNow to [UEN 201530370H]. Items will only be confirmed and fufilled after payment is made. Please cite order number in the PayNow transaction.

6. Delivery & Returns

- Please note that all confirmed orders will be ready for collection or delivered within 3 working weekdays.

- Self pickup at Trehaus:

109 North Bridge Road, #07-21 Funan Mall Lift Lobby A, S’pore179097 on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) between 9am to 6pm. 

- Delivery will be at $12 before 7% GST per trip. Additional of $5 for Central Business District areas and within Sentosa.

- Delivery will not be available to Jurong Island.

- All purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable.

7. E-Gift Cards & Voucher Policy 

- Please refer to the validity date stated on the voucher.

- Only one E-Gift card/voucher can be used per transaction and not applicable with any other promotion.

- Trehaus E-Gift card can be utilised either for Hot-desking, Work + Creche or Venue Rental. Pre-booking slots for Hot-desking and Work + Creche are required with at least 14 working days in advance.

- All E-Gift cards/vouchers are not applicable for Trehaus Café.

- All E-Gift cards/vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

8. Trehaus reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or T&C without prior notice.
